Jaime's extensive background includes expertise in social media and content marketing in finance, professional sports and hyper-growth technology businesses. He is an experienced advisor to senior leaders, including the C-Suite, on social media engagement strategies and crisis communications. In his current role as Global Director, Enterprise Client Strategy at Hootsuite, he builds relationships with some of the world’s most prestigious organizations to help support their digital marketing activities. Previously, Jaime has led the social media programs for the Canadian Football League, Tangerine Bank and Hootsuite.

Mike Pagani is Senior Director of Product Marketing and Chief Evangelist at Smarsh. With more than 25 years’ experience working with new and emerging technologies, he is a seasoned IT professional and recognized subject matter expert in the areas of mobility, identity and access management, network security, virtualization and information archiving. In his current role, Mike is a frequent industry event speaker, and contributes regularly to trade publications and online media outlets. Prior to joining Smarsh in November 2014, he held senior technology evangelist positions with Dell Software, Quest Software and NComputing.

Jennifer is the Assistant Director for Social Media at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where she leads digital marketing and social media strategy and content development for the agency. She has a passion for making government communications on social media informative, accessible and fun.
