How to get involved
As a Hootsuite Ambassador, you are key to the growth of our online and offline community. Whether you’re a social butterfly, an event guru or just enjoy connecting with others online, we have an Ambassador activity to suit you.
As a Hootsuite Ambassador, you agree to be a #HootAmb superhero! You are there to advocate on our behalf, help us build fans, support our growth and provide us with regional insights.

As part of the #HootAmb family, your focus will be to:
Engage
Engagement is at the heart of everything we do. Inspire engagement through conversations, articles, campaigns, and events—growing community both online and offline.
Advocate
Champion the voice of Hootsuite by sharing Hootsuite knowledge and creating brand love. As an Ambassador, you'll also direct people to resources that increase Hootsuite's brand awareness worldwide.
Provide local insights
Actively listen and share real-time trends and insights from your regional community to help Hootsuite be locally relevant.
Educate and empower
Foster and shape Hootsuite’s presence in local markets by sharing best practices online and at events that will help drive brand awareness and inspire community engagement.
Ambassadors are required to:
Actively use the Hootsuite dashboard on a bi-weekly basis at minimum
Share correct and truthful knowledge about Hootsuite products and services without false representation
Maintain honesty and abide by guidelines in all actions online, offline, and within the Ambassador Facebook Group
Advocate on Hootsuite's behalf
Display positive sentiment on public and private groups about Hootsuite tools, services, employees, and culture
Provide honest information to Hootsuite representatives about their Ambassadorship, Ambassador Facebook Group activity, and all aspects of the Hootsuite Ambassador program
