Jon Nelson graduated from Columbia College with a BA in Journalism. He joined a small team working on a hyper local news website called The Windy Citizen, a user curated newspaper. He went on to work for clients of all sizes and types with CareerBuilder and then to launch a safe driving campaign for teens at the National Safety Council. Currently, he is the sole operator of social media for Colorado Technical University. Jon is also a partner in a small design and photography agency where he fills the roles of strategist, designer and project manager.
Lindsey Creath is the Senior Content and Social Media Strategist for Creighton University. She leads the inbound and content marketing strategic planning and implementation. Her responsibilities include creating visibility and awareness by leveraging and strategically publishing owned media. Prior to her time at Creighton, she spent ten years in destination marketing. Within that industry, she was responsible for promotion, logistics and implementation of large-scale events for the city, such as the U.S. Olympic Swim Trials, U.S. Senior Open, NCAA Basketball and Wrestling tournaments, and John Deere.
