Living in a digital world presents a unique set of challenges for governments working to engage with their communities on social media. As agencies struggle to balance the demands of sharing information and growing their audience with the need to be available and responsive on social media, they also need to protect their social accounts against risk and compliance threats including misinformation, fraud, and impersonation.
