Need help with your Hootsuite account? Stop by the Hootsuite Help Center for answers to commonly asked questions, technical support, and contact information.

Hootsuite’s Self-Serve Terms of Service state that all fees are non-refundable. However, we know that life is unpredictable and things happen, so we’ll be glad to review the last 30 days of charges and see what we can do.

To make a refund request, fill out this form with the following information:

  • The email address connected with your Hootsuite account.

  • The full name of the account owner.

  • The reason you’re requesting the refund.

  • If you used a credit card to pay for your subscription, provide the last 4 digits and expiration date of the card on file with Hootsuite. It is helpful to also provide the charge amount, date, and invoice number.

  • If you paid via PayPal, provide the PayPal Billing Agreement ID, charge amount, and date. It is also helpful to provide the invoice number.

If we approve your request, we’ll let you know and will issue the refund to the original card or account used to make the payment. Once processed, it usually takes between 5-10 business days for the refund to be complete.

You can cancel your Hootsuite account or downgrade to a free one from within the Hootsuite Dashboard. 

  1. Go to My profile, and then select Account settings, preferences, and billing.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select Account Removal.

There is no longer a Hootsuite extension for Google Chrome.

Yes, Hootsuite has an API. That means you can add many of your favorite marketing tools to Hootsuite and add Hootsuite to many of your favorite marketing tools.
