Hootsuite is officially bringing Lumen capabilities into Wisdom. Members can now choose the Lumen agent alongside their other Wisdom agents and get answers from quick search over the last 7 days of data, with citations that show where each answer comes from.

How it Works

Choose your agent: Select Lumen from the agent grid or chat picker in Wisdom.
Ask your question: Send a message about what is trending, with no account to select.
Get quick answers: Review a reply built from quick search over the last 7 days of data.
Check the sources: Open citations to see where the information comes from.
