
Facebook’s new Pages experience issues resolved
Details
Facebook has resolved issues that were previously reported, so you can now switch over to the new Pages experience and use it with Hootsuite without any issue.
Scheduled posts and posts sent right away could fail to publish, with a “Sorry! A temporary error occurred” message appearing in Composer or Planner.
Intermittent errors could occur when trying to edit posts, with a “Social network call failed due to invalid data, please try again” error.
Intermittent errors could occur when trying to delete posts, with this error message appearing: “Looks like this social account has been disconnected. Please reconnect your account and try again.
Mentions of other Pages could be converted to a number when published to Facebook.
