Parliament, Hootsuite Amplify's employee advocacy tool, sends post notification, digest, and welcome emails to your advocates, each of which includes a link to download the mobile app. This update gives Content Admins a way to control that visibility.

Some enterprise organizations have internal policies restricting the promotion of external mobile apps, making the default app link a compliance issue rather than a convenience. With this release, you can toggle app links off in your email customization settings, so your Parliament emails match your organization's policies without pausing your advocacy program.

How it Works

Setting up app link visibility is simple through your Parliament Admin Settings. This setting lets you decide whether mobile app links appear across your advocate communications.

• Open email customization settings – Navigate to Admin Settings within Parliament.

• Toggle "Show mobile app links" – Turn the setting off to hide links, or leave it on to keep them visible.

• Save your changes – The setting saves directly to your org's email settings.

• Automatic application – Future post notification, digest, and welcome emails reflect your choice immediately.
