How it Works

Setting up Threads Public Profile Monitoring is simple through your existing Connected Accounts and Public Channels settings. These steps let you add any public Threads profile to your listening coverage in Channel Analytics.

• Connect your Threads token: Go to Project Settings > Connected Accounts and select Threads (not Threads Insights) to enable public profile and keyword monitoring.

• Add a public profile: Navigate to Project Settings > Public Channels, select +New public channel, choose Threads, and enter a profile or keyword.

• Review your results: Find the profile under Channel Analytics > Threads, where posts, replies, quotes, and profile level metrics appear automatically.

• Reconnect if needed: If you already use a Threads token for Insights or Keywords, re authenticate it once to unlock public profile monitoring.
